Anisotropic index of the optical thin films

摘要 本文从光学薄膜的实际结构出发,根据电磁场理论,给出了光学薄膜折射率与光线传播方向的关系。文中计算了不同填充密度下的高低折射率薄膜的各向异性折射率。 According to the electro-magnefic field theory,the relation between the index of the optical thin film and the propagating direction of the light ray is given in this paper from the real structure of the optical thin film.The anisotropic indices of the thin films with high and low indices for various packing density are computed,and the computing results are discussed and analysed.
