摘要
用CO_2激光束以不同扫描速度对45钢表面进行了铬碳合金化处理,对处理的样品进行了合金化元素分布、显微组织结构、硬度分布的分析和耐磨损性能的试验观察;并讨论了扫描速度与合金层的组织和性能之间的关系。
This article presents our experimental procedure for the surface alloying of the 45 steel by a GW CO_2 laser with various scanning speeds. After laser alloying treatment, the alloyed layer has been synthetically analysed on the distribution of elements in the alloyed layer, microstructure, distribution of hardness and wear resistance of the alloyed layer. The relation between the structures, properties of alloyed layer and laser scanning speeds has been presented.
