摘要
对电站锅炉离心式风机进气箱内的三维粘性流场进行了数值模拟。在数值计算过程中,流动用时均流方程及湍流模型来描述,不可压缩条件用罚函数法处理,基本方程用有限元法离散。数值模拟结果与类似实验的结果基本一致,这表明,该算法可以较好地模拟离心式风机进气箱内气体的流动,其计算结果可为进气箱的设计和改造提供参考。
3-D viscous flow field in the inlet box of boiler centrifugal fan used in thermal power plant is numerically simulated. Flow is described by the time-averaged mean-flow equations and the turbulence model, the incompressible condition is dealt with the penalty function method, and the basic equations are discretized by means of finite element method. The simulation results correspond well with the results from similar experiment. It shows that the flow field in the inlet box of a centrifugal fan can be simulated successfully with the algorithm described in this paper.
