摘要
包醛氧淀粉固定脲酶作为口服吸附剂,经口服首先进入胃中的酸性环境,使脲酶失活.为保护脲酶的活性,以海藻酸为主要原料,在固定脲酶表面覆上一层海藻酸膜,制成包覆型包醛氧淀粉固定脲酶,并对包覆的工艺和配方进行了研究.实验结果表明,经过包覆的包醛氧淀粉固定脲酶样品在经过0.1mol L-1的HCl溶液浸泡3h后,其对尿素的吸附量仍可达15mg g,吸附量明显优于包醛氧淀粉,是一种高效的尿素吸附剂.
When the ureaseimmobilized coated dialdehydestarch as an oral absorbent for urea comes into the stomach firstly,the ureaseimmobilized loses its activity in acidic environment of stomach.To protect the activity of ureaseimmobilized, this paper presents the preparation of encapsulated ureaseimmobilized coated dialdehyde starch by using alginate as the main raw material. The appropriate consistence and process of this sample are also studied. Experimental results demonstrate that after dipping the sample into 0.1mol/L HCl solution for 3 hours, its absorbing capacity for urea reaches 15 mg/g. The absorbing capacity for urea of it is better than that of coated dialdehyde starch. Therefore, it is a kind of high effective absorbent for urea.
