Contestation on shortcoming of traditional grads theory induced exploring logic point of the generalized-grads theory. It is the generalized-grads theory and it's expand, which showed it's academic fascination and practical ability. It is the strategy on generalized-grads process that congregates different characters on itself. It includes integration, arrangement, pluralistic opening, mutual superiority, multi-polar economic center, networking distribution in regional economy and sustainable institution.
