摘要 在单纯水力系统传输特性研究的基础上,又引入转动轴的力矩参数,进行离心水泵的传输特性实验研究。重点分析泵轴力矩的激励响应、传递矩阵的数值表达以及系统内部扰动源的评价,讨论水泵动态传输特性的基本特征。结果表明,所应用的基本实验方法、数据处理过程以及传递系数的模式辩识是可行的;泵轴力矩的响应显现其存在其他影响因素,但仍然呈现与水压力类似的对称分布;扩展的传递矩阵表明力矩与水力系统参数的传输特性具有不同特征,相关的传递系数呈现出某种线性关系;扰动源分析从应用意义上验证了传输特性确定方法的正确性。 An experimental study was conducted on the transmission characteristics of hydraulic system of centrifugal pumps with a torque parameter included.Some special features of dynamic transmission characteristics were discussed with the emphasis paid on the excitation response to torque,the numerical expression of the transfer matrix and the evaluation of internal disturbance sources.The results show that the applied experimental approach in data processing and the identification mode of transmission coefficient are feasible and applicable.The torque response of pump shaft has a symmetric distribution,similar to that of the hydraulic pressure.The torque and hydraulic parameters have different transferring characters.The relevant transmission coefficients appear to be linear.The analysis on the disturbance sources verified the assertion method of the transmission characteristics.
