摘要
利用 β-环糊精的吡喃葡萄糖单元上 2 ,3 ,6-位羟基氢的反应活性差异 ,选用合适的催化剂和修饰剂合成了十四 -(2 ,6-O-烯丙基 ) -β-环糊精。研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂、修饰剂等对合成的影响。产物经元素分析、IR,1H NMR。
Tetradecakis-(2,6-O-allyl)-β-CD was synthesized based on the different activity of reaction of three type of β-CD hydroxyl groups at 2-,3-,6-position, using proper catalysts and reaction medium. The influence of temperature, time, catalyst and modifying agent on the synthesis was also investigated. A series of modern and physicochemical analytical methods, by elementary analysis, IR, 1H NMR and FAB-MS. The product was characterized.
