摘要
以对甲基苯酚为起始原料 ,通过酰基化、Fries重排、氯甲基化和氰化合成了 2 -羟基 -3 -氰甲基 -5 -甲基苯乙酮 ,采用均匀设计对合成条件进行研究 ,获得了满意的收率 (88.5 % )。
2-Hydroxy-3-cyanmethylmethyl-5-methyl atophenone(5) was synthesized from p-methylphenol through acylating, Fries rearrangement reaction, chloromethylating and cyanating. The reactional conditions were optimized using the method of uniform experiment design to get 88.5% yield.
