不同氮素施用量对葡萄叶、枝、根碳水化合物含量的影响 被引量:19

Effect of Different Amount of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Carbohydrate Conent in Leaves, Shoots and Roots of Grape

摘要 本试验用 50 0ml塑料育苗盆定植一年生葡萄扦插苗 ,研究不同氮素施用量对地上部和地下部生长及碳水化合物含量的影响。并对根尖细胞构造进行了探讨。结果表明 :地上部生长量、干物重、叶面积在N 30 0区最大 ;全叶绿素含量随氮素施用量的增加而增加 ;叶淀粉、全糖含量随氮素施用量的增加而降低。枝条和根的淀粉含量在N 75区和N 150区最高 ,全糖含量在N 150区和N 30 0区最高 ,在N 90 0区最低。生长越旺盛的植株 ,白色根越多 ; The effect of different amounts of nitrogen, applied in the soil,on the accumulation of nonstructural carbohydrate in leaves and roots were studied as well as on some cell structure in one-year (Cold Kyoho grape cutting grown in 500-ml pots.The amounts of nitrogen ,applied as NH4NO3, were as follows: 0mg/pot(N 0), 75mg/pot(N 75), 150mg/pot(N 150), 300mg/pot(N 300),600mg/pot(N 600), 900gm/pot(N 900). The shoot length and leaf area and dry weight were greatest in N 300 trees. Leaf chlorophyll content(μg)M-2) of leaves increased with increased application of nitrogen ,whereas starch and total sugar content of leaves was lower with increased application of nitrogen .The shoot and the root starch contents were greatest in N 75 and N 150 trees, total soluble sugar contents was greatest in N 150 and N 300 trees, lowest in N 900 trees.
