高校办公室工作中的语言和非语言沟通 被引量:2

摘要 随着高等教育体制改革的深化,学校与外界的联系与沟通日益扩大,合作对象更趋于复杂化。加入WTO后,高校管理必须与国际接轨,与此相适应,高校办公室工作的沟通职能被赋予了更为丰富的内涵与更高的要求。具体而言,办公室是运筹帷幄决胜千里的'指挥所',同时又是下情上达、集中民情民意民智的'议事厅';是倾听师生意见、呼声要求乃至批评的'办事处',同时又是处理纠纷、
