摘要
论述了目前高校人力资源开发与管理所面临的形势和存在的矛盾 ,提出了新形势下如何做好高校人力资源开发与管理工作的观点和看法。
This essay discusses the situation and contradiction on exploitation and management of manpower resources of higher learning institutions,and put forward my own ideas and opinion on how to exploit and manage manpower resources of higher learning institutions under the current circumstances.
