伴有肝静脉和/或肝后下腔静脉损伤的肝外伤少见,但往往是种致命性外伤,死亡率高达80%。该种损伤的外科处理关键是损伤部位的显露和迅速、及时、有效地控制出血。本文报道了2例采用常温下全肝血流隔离技术,
Liver injury accompanying the ruptures of hepatic vein and inferior vena cava is a life-threatening trauma. The key problem of the surgical therapy is adequate exposure of the injuring field and rapid control of the massive bleeding.The isolation method of hepatic circulation from the injuring field for 2 cases of hepatic vein and inferior vena cava injury were succeeded in our department. The technic of this method is discussed hereof.
