摘要
针对某公司1420HC双平整机组线上平整轧件所出现的弯曲现象,应用文献的研究结果,分析了平整轧制轧件产生弯曲的原因,并提出了消除平整轧件弯曲的对策。通过生产实践,取得明显的实效,使平整轧件的弯曲平均值由原来的25mm下降到12mm以下,达到企业的板形控制要求。
Aiming at the camber in skin passed strip rolled by a 1420HC mill, the paper quoted the results from references [l]and[2] to analyze the cause of camber and raised the strategy to remove the camber. Through industrial practice an apparent actrual effect was obtained to reduce the camber from 25 mm to 12 mm or less. It reached enterprise demand for shape control.
