摘要
师德师风建设是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分 ,充分认识师德师风建设的内涵和重要意义 ,加强师德师风建设 ,在当前的高校精神文明建设中具有十分重要的实践意义。
According to the current characteristics of ideological and political work, this paper elaborates the intension and significance of the construction of teachers' virtue and teaching style, and analyses the problems that exist at presentl, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solue the problems.
