摘要
自 198 6年以来 ,我国的教育法制建设取得了很大成就。到目前为止 ,已先后颁布了多部教育法律和几十部有关教育的法规 ,初步奠定了我国教育法律体系的基本框架 ,标志着我国教育开始进入依法治教的新阶段。但要使教育法律法规真正得到实施 ,全面实现依法治教 ,必须要针对目前教育执法中存在的问题 ,采取切实有效的措施 ,尤其是要完善教育执法监督制度 ,使教育法律法规不折不扣地得以实施。
We have made great achievements in the establishment of our country's education legal system since 1986. So far, we have issued lots of educational laws and several dozens of laws on education, which initially establishes the basic framework of our country's educational law system, marking the entrance of a new period of administering education according to law in our country. But how to implement the educational laws and administer education according to laws in an all-round way? The author holds we must take the practical and efficient measures in accordance with the problems that exist in enforcing the laws in education at present, especially we should perfect the supervision system of enforcing the laws in education and fully implement the laws in education.
