摘要
传统观点认为,政府投入少、工农产品价格“剪刀差”是农民增收难的主要原因,而当前农民增收难在很大程度上与经济结构调整步伐慢有关。因此,加快农业产业结构调整应成为今后农民增收工作的主线,延长农业产业链是其首要的选择。
According to traditional idea,the major reasons for the difficulty in Farmers' increase of income are small government's input and the price scissors between industrial and agricultural products.But the current reason,to a great extent,lies in the slow move in adjustment of economic structure..Therefore,the main line in increasing farmers' income should be to speed up the adjustment in agricultural structure of production.The first choice is to extend agricultural chain of production.
