摘要
恐怖活动的发展呈现出新的趋势,即主体上转向个体化、主观上政治目的淡化、客观上攻击目标软化、手段高科技化,由此引起恐怖活动的认识从政治化向犯罪化、从重视主观方面向强调客观方面的变化。从恐怖活动所表现出的新特征的分析,可以深刻理解我国现行刑事立法的宗旨。
The development of terror activitie s presents newtrend,viz.the subject is turning around indi-viduals,thepoliticalpurposeis we akening,punchingbagis becoming gentleandinstrumentis high -tech.This arose the changes inthe cognitionofterror activities frompolitics to c rime andfromemphasizing the subjec tive to emphasizing the objective.This thesis tries to analyze the newcharacte ristics of terror activities and deepen the comprehension about the purpose of t he present criminal legislation in o ur country.
