摘要
近年开展多普勒超声压差减半时间法估测二尖瓣狭窄的瓣口面积,国内报告尚少。我们以外科手术时实际测量二尖瓣狭窄瓣口面积为对照,进一步评价多普勒超声估测瓣口面积的准确性。
This paper reports the use of HEMI-time method of doppler ultrasonic pressure difference to determine 93 cases'valvular oral area of mitral stenosis and to compare with the valvular oral area, which was intraoperatively detenmined. The result showed that the contrast between them was a good association with each other (r=0.80). The hemi-time method of ultrasonic pressure difference may show a low or high evaluating phenomenon in mitral stenosis complicated by mitral insufficiency and mitral stenosis, and complicated by aortic value pathy. But this way is still a rather reliable method.
