摘要
研究了长寿沙田柚和广西原产沙田柚在过氧化物酶 (POX)、α -淀粉酶 (α -AMY)、酯酶 (EST)、苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)和谷氨酸脱氢酶 (GDH)表达上的差异 ,结果表明 ,二者在酯酶和α -淀粉酶上存在着较大的差异可以作为品种、品系鉴别、杂种鉴定及苗木纯度鉴定的依据 ,在其它三种酶上则无明显差别 .根据同工酶研究结果 ,认为长寿沙田柚为广西原产沙田柚的自然杂种 .
Five isozyme systems of Changshou Shatian Pomelo and Guangxi Shatian Pomelo are studied by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel.electrophoresis.The results show that the two kinds of pomelo had much difference in EST and α-AMY isozymes patterns,and the two spieces did not show any difference on the other three isozyme systems of MDH,POX and GDH.EST and α-AMY are two efficient isozyme syetems to identify these two kinds of Shatian Pomelo.It can conclude on the isozyme location differences that Shatian Pomelo is a natural offspring of Guangxi Shatian Pomelo.
