侦查就像是一个不可避免地包含着侦查错误的复杂系统,这些错误在整个侦查过程中带有着潜在性的特点。充分了解侦查活动作为一项特殊的认识活动的本质属性,深入分析侦查错误的发生原因,并在各个侦查阶段中依次对犯罪信息进行细致地分析,以便及时地发现、承认和纠正各项错误,从而尽可能地减少和避免侦查错误的发生,保障侦查活动的顺利进行。
