摘要
从战略高度论述了世界的淡水资源状况以及我国水资源的特点和存在的问题,提出了具体的对策、建议以及需要进一步加强研究的重大问题,对我国水资源的开发、利用、管理、保护和经济社会可持续发展具有重要参考价值。
This paper elucidates the situation of world fresh water,and characteristics and issues of water resources in China on the status of strategy.The particular countermeasures,suggestions and the important issues,which need to be further studied,are presented.The article is worth and significant reference for development,utilization,management and protection of water resources as well as sustainable development of society and economy in China.
