系统介绍了马蹄爽饮料生产工艺流程、操作要点和产品标准 ,并就保证马蹄风味 ,稳定产品质量的方法及注意事项进行了探讨。
In the paper, the production process, operating essentials and product standards for water-chestnut pulpy drink are fully described, and the methods and precautions concerning the maintenance of flavour of water-chestnut and the guarantee of product quality are studied.
