摘要 在 pH8.2±0.1的0.1mol·L -1NH3 -NH4Cl -4mmol·L -1KIO3 介质中,尼可地尔在 -1.45V处产生一个灵敏的极谱催化波 ,灵敏度比无KIO3 存在的还原波增大约15倍 ,且峰形得到了显著的改善 ,便于分析测定 ;线性范围为5×10 -7~1×10 -15mol·L -1;对尼可地尔片剂的测定结果与标示量吻合。 In0.1mol·L -1 NH 3 -NH 4 Cl-4mmol·L -1 KIO 3 solution at pH8.2±0.1,nicorandil yields a sensitive catalytic wave at the potential of-1.45V.As compared with the reduction wave without KIO 3 the sensitivity of the catalytic wave increased by15times.The catalytic wave had a good form and therefore was easily determined.The linear range of the method was5×10 -7 ~1×10 -5 mol·L -1 for nicorandil.The results of deter- mination of nicorandil tablets agreed with their normal amount.
