盐类矿床群井水力压裂连通理论与实践 被引量:3

摘要 岩盐矿床群井水力压裂连通,是双井水力压裂连通的发展,它克服了双井水力压裂连通成功率低的缺点;同时,可对水溶开采岩盐矿床的生产进行调控,提高了生产效率与经济效益。群井水力压裂连通理论包括:裂缝起裂方程、裂缝扩展准则、裂缝中水流运动方程、溶液溶质运移扩散方程及岩体变形方程,并可由群井水力压裂连通的岩体水力学模型来综合表示。通过在运城盐湖芒硝矿区的压裂试验,发现试验结果与理论计算相一致,而且后续压裂井的破裂压力与理论计算相比较低,从实践上证明了水力压裂过程中裂缝扩展的多向性。另外,试验还发现,压裂连通时间与距离成正比。总之,盐类矿床群井水力压裂连通,在理论上是可行的,在实践上也是成功的。 Technique of multi-well hydraulic fracturing connection in rock salt deposit is a development of double-well hydraulic fracturing connection. It overcomes the defects of low possibility of success of the latter. Meanwhile, the control of production can be realized, the productivity and economic efficiency are also increased. The theory of multi-well hydraulic fracturing connection includes the contents as follows: the cracking equation, the crack expanding rule, the stream moving equation, the solute diffusing equation and the rock transmutation equation. Through the practice of Yuncheng Glauber salt section, it is found that the trial and theory results are consistent. At the same time, it is found that the fracturing stress of later cracked well is lower than theoretic value, the multi-direction character of crack spreading is demonstrated in practice. In general, the technology of multi-well hydraulic fracturing connection is feasible in theory and successful in practice.
