摘要
文章探讨无关供者骨髓移植治疗多次复发急性白血病的疗效 .经改良 Bucy方案预处理后对一例第三次复发的急粒患者行无关供者骨髓移植 ,同时给防治 GVHD、抗感染治疗 .结果 + 2 1天骨髓在患者体内植活 ,+ 35天细胞染色体分析呈供者型 ( 4 6,XX.正常核型 ) ,+ 84天血型转换成供者型 ,至今已无病生存超过 6个月 .结果表明 。
In this paper is evaluated the effect of a modified Bucy regimen for unrelated donor bone marrow transplantation on the patients with multiple relapse acute leukemia. A case with the third recurrence of granulocytic leukemia, after due pretreatment in accordance with the modified Bucy regimen, was transplanted with bone marrow from unrelated donor, along with administration of proper medicines for prevention against GVH disease and infection. Cytogenetic studies have demonstrated successful engraftment of bone marrow at the 21st day, the presence of donor chromosome(46,XX)at the 35th day, and a survival period more than 6 months without any disease. It is concluded that unrelated donor bone marrow transplantation is an efficacious therapeutic for the patients with recurrent acute leukemia.
