摘要
根据过程性的社会结构分析 ,社区建设是由政府推动、社区居民和社区组织广泛参与的重塑社会结构的主体性社会实践活动。为此本文提出三个基本观点 :社区建设是调整和改善社会结构的一种努力 ;单位制壁垒是社区建设深入开展的结构性障碍 ;
Advocated by government and including abroad mass participation, community building is a subjective social practice for remolding social structure. So this contribution put out three basic viewpoint: community building is an effort for adjusting and improving social structure; unit system is a structural obstacle in developing deeply community building; community organization building is a key of community building.
