基于评分分配法的某型火箭炮可靠性分配 被引量:4

摘要 采用工程中比较实用的评分分配法,将定性和定量分析技术相结合完成了从整车到零部件可靠性指标的分配过程。在分系统级,按每一分系统的故障频率定量分配;在零部件级,按复杂度、改进难度、环境条件、可达性和故障后果等5个因素进行定性评估,最后赋予每个因素以一定权值来计算每一个零部件所分配的可靠性指标。以某型火箭炮为工程实例,得到了满意的分配结果。该方法可操作性强,在工程中具有一定的实用价值。 In this paper,the author adopted the pratical grade reliability assign method to complete the assign process of system reliability index from whole vehicle to components and parts by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis technology. In subsystem,the assign of reliability index is carried out in quantitative assign depending on failure frequency;For parts and components,the assign of reliability index is carried out in qualitative evaluation depending on five factors of complexity,difficulty of improvement,circumstance condition,attainability and failare result. Each factor is given an authoicty value, by which reliability index acsigned for each part is calculated. Satisfactary result of assignment was achieved in a rocket gun. The method has been proved to be operable and practical in engineering application.
