摘要 以飞机主起落架为例 ,探讨结构部件载荷标定试验的力学模型 ,通过结构部件直接进行应变桥路传感器设计和标定加载试验的现场实施以及对试验数据的分析处理 ,建立以飞机起落架为例的载荷输入与应变输出关系方程 ,以此获得起落架在实际工作过程中的载荷—时间历程 ,为其寿命估算。 The ideal airplane landing gear is flexible, lightweight, and strong. Landing gear, which has complicated mechanisms, needs to carry huge airplane, to survive controlled crashes on runway. Airplane landing gear doesn't work long hours, but it certainly works hard, especially during landings. Modern transports can weight close to 5?000?000?N. They rely on multiple wheels and oleo pneumatic shock absorbers to cushion arrivals that transfer huge loads from the wings to wheels. How to find out the loading situation and to give an optimum design scheme for the gear structure is a common question concerned by many people. The method of load measurement, sensor installation and calibration for a landing gear is presented through the analysis of its loading. The mechanical model of load calibration test for the structural component of landing gear is analyzed. The relationship between the load input and the strain output is experimentally investigated and its correlation is established through data acquisition and data processing of typical flying profiles. The load time history, which can offer important references for load measurement, life estimation, reliability based design and shortening the cycle of development of the airplane landing gear, is obtained based on the achievement in this project.
