摘要
以阻燃剂FR-113为基料,通过与脲醛树脂的接枝缩合反应,实验研究了水基阻燃液的生产工艺条件,找到了适用于软质聚氨酯泡沫浸渍阻燃处理方法;实验结果表明,该阻燃液具有使用安全方便、阻燃效果好、耐久、无污染、不损害软质聚氨酯泡沫性能等特点。
The water base flame retardant was prepared with the graft condensation of flame retardant FR-113 and UF resin. Its application in soft PU foams indicated that this flame retardant liquid had many advantages such as safety and facility in use, good result in flame retardation, no environment pollution, no damage to the properties of PU foams.
