摘要
蒙古族营养学家、医学家忽思慧在元代宫廷担任饮膳太医期间 ,著有《饮膳正要》一书 ,讲述了许多关于身体健康的重要问题 .他的养生保健的观点和饮食养生的经验之谈 ,与当今医学、养生学、营养学和卫生学的要求是一致的 ,具有学术价值和实用价值 .要想安乐 ,达到长寿的目的 ,就要保养身体 .保养身体要守中 ,按照养生原则 ,调顺四时 ,起居有常 ,饮食有节 ,营养调配 ,五味调和 ,精神健爽 ,心志安定 .道德修养可以使精神情志舒畅稳定 ,有利于身心健康 .
As a doctor of Yuan dynasty's royal court,Husuhui,the Mongolian nutritionist and medical specialist,composed Yin Shan Zheng Yao and related a lot of important problems concerning body health.His viewpoint of preserving one's health and knowledge of health care in food and drink cohere with today's requirements of medicine,regimen,nutriology and hygiene and have the certain academic and practical value.For the purpose of being ease,longevous and happy,you should take good care of your health.Moderation is very important in taking good care of the health according to regimen and health principle,you should preserve your health based on four seasons,have well-regulated daily life,pay attention to dispensing nourishment,take good care of your mood.The moral accomplishment can make the mind and spirit relaxed and stable,so benefit to the mind and body health.
