摘要
用不同晶型的纳米TiO2制备出纳米级SO2-4/TiO2固体超强酸,利用红外光谱研究了TiO2晶型、硫酸浓度及焙烧温度对SO2-4/TiO2固体超强酸的影响。制备SO2-4/TiO2的最优条件是:锐钛型TiO2,c(H2SO4)=1 0mol/L的硫酸浸泡,450℃焙烧。此时其红外光谱的特征吸收峰最强,催化乙酸和丁醇酯化反应可使酯化率达到98 4%。
The nanograde SO2-4/TiO2 solid super acid was prepared by nanotitania of different crystal type.Influences of TiO2 crystal type,sulphuric acid concentration and calcining temperature on acid strength and catalytic activity of SO2-4/TiO2 were investigated by IR spectroscopy.Thus,soaking anatase nanotitania powder in 10 mol/L H2SO4 and baking at 450 ℃,the nanograde SO2-4/TiO2 solid super acid preparaed had the strongest absorption peaks on IR spectrum and catalyzed the esterification reaction of acetic acid and nbutanol to give 98.4% yield.
