利用超声波以水为溶剂提取元宝枫叶黄酮 ,对超声功率 ,超声作用时间 ,水量等因素进行研究。其较佳条件为 :超声功率中挡 ,作用时间 15min ,固液比为 1∶2 0 ,提取次数
The flavonids were extracted by water as the solvent from the leaves of Acer truncatum with ultrasonic treatment.The factors, including the ultrasonic power, the period of ultrasonic treatment, the volume of water, were studied and the optimal conditions were identified as the follows, the power of ultrasonic as medium; the period of ultrasonic treatment as 15 minutes; the ratio of liquid to solid as 20;the number of extraction as 2 times.
