摘要
对固体清洗剂和固体缓蚀剂混为一体的单组分清洗剂 ,用标准试片进行试验 。
Single cleaning agent mixed together by solid cleanser and corrosion inhibitor was tested for the standard block. Result showed that organic solid cleanser definitely played a part in the broadening of cleaning scope.
