摘要
不同的国家有不同的教科书使用制度。在义务教育阶段 ,美国形成了教科书循环使用制度 ,中国形成了一次性消费使用制度。本文以比较的眼光叙述和分析了中美两国教科书使用制度的文化和制度成因 ,以借鉴的角度思考了循环使用制度对中国义务教育的必要性和暂时全部实行的不可能性。
Different systems of textbook use are adopted in different countries, because of many factors, for example, educational institution, textbook distribution, parents' culture attitude, and teachers' selection. These factors have been constructing the frames and characteristics of systems of textbook use in compulsory education in a country in definite times. In compulsory education, the system of textbook circle use is adopted in the USA, while the system of textbook once use is adopted in China. This paper comparatively describes and analyses the cultural and institutional causes for the systems of textbook use in China and the USA, and reflects on the need and temporary impossibility of the system of textbook circle use in China .
