摘要
详细介绍了200mm×200mm高精度承影板的照相复制工艺。在研制过程中应用了无底层聚乙烯醇(PVA)感光材料、光学精密照相复制技术和真空镀膜技术。使承影板的点位误差经中国计量科学研究院鉴测达4微米。还对承影板的误差进行了分析。
This paper introduces in detail the manunfacture technology or 200mm×200mm high precision graduation plate by polyvinyl alcohol photocopy with a error of less than 4um. The paper analyses the errors of graduation plate too.
