摘要
描述了一种能实现衍射光无偏转输出的色散元件——斜面光栅,其分辨率比同空间效率的平面光栅高30％,对斜面光栅的特性参数进行了分析和选择,介绍了一种简便实用的微型看谱镜。
A new dispesrion element----slant grating, which can realize the non-deflection output of diffracted light, is described in the paper. The resolvtion power of the slant grating is 30％ higher than that of plane grating with the same spatial frequency. The characteristic parameters of the slant grating have been analysed and selected. A smpile and useful micro-direct vision spectroscope is also introduced.
