摘要
利用可反射和透射照明的正置金相显微镜对微小圆形物体进行放大,由摄象机接收放大后的图象。通过对图象的自动扫描和电子细分技术获取图象的边缘信息,用微机进行数据处理,计算所需的各种几何参数。
In this instrument Small circular shape objects are magnified by a microscope with reflective and transmitted illumination. The magnified insageare detected by a CCD camera. The boundary information of the image is sampled by a automatic image scanning system and then fed to a electronic subdis vision system. A microcomputer is used to process the data and calculate the required geometric parameters.
