Studis on self-pumped phass conjugation in Cu-doped KNSBN crystals

摘要 用掺铜钾钠铌酸锶钡晶体制成猫式(cat)自泵浦相位共轭器,共轭光反射率高达63%.增加掺铜量,晶体在红光波段效应增强.本文研究了掺杂浓度、激光波段与该器件性能的关系. The use of Cu-doped (K0.5Na0.5)0.2(Sr0.75Ba0.25)0.9Nb2O6 as self pumped phase conjugators with internal reflection is reported, The reflectivities as high as 63% at 514.5nm and 60% at 632.8nm were realized. It was found that the photorefractive response changes significantly at different dopping concentration. The responses of the crystals to the laser wavelength, incident angle and dopant concentration were studied,
