摘要
指出了我国医疗信息管理发展的现状及存在的主要问题 ,描述了先进的医疗信息化管理对我国医疗市场在医院经营、医疗保险、网络化服务及提高医疗水平等方面的影响 ,并提出应对措施 :①更新领导者的管理观念 ;②加强医疗信息的国际国内标准化管理 ;③加紧医疗信息管理人员的培养 ;④尽快使医疗信息形成合理化流程 ;⑤加强医疗信息的科学化制作 ;⑥充分体现我国医疗信息内容的特色 ;⑦逐步实现网络化的医疗信息运作 ;
The author first presents the current situation as well as major problems in the development of medical information management in China and discusses the influence of advanced medical information management on the medical market of China, including hospital operations, medical insurance, network service, and enhancement of medical expertise. Then the author puts forward some strategies for improvement: ①updating the management concept of leaders; ②enforcing standardized management of medical information; ③speeding up the training of personnel engaged in medical information management; ④striving as soon as possible for the achievement of the rational flow of medical information; ⑤strengthening the scientific fabrication of medical information; ⑥giving full expression to the unique features of the contents of medical information in China; ⑦gradually achieving the network operation of medical information; ⑧paying great attention to the legal building of medical information management.
