摘要
采用数理统计方法处理了某大型造纸公司的有关生产技术数据,获取了一个揭示废水污染负荷与二次纤维原料种类、用量变化规律的多项式:Y=1.063O×10^(-1)LOCC+9.8173×10^(-2)EOCC+7.5479×10^(-2)AOCC+1.1691×10^(-2)OTHERS-7.2584×10~2,为制浆造纸污染预测提出了一种新思路。
The statistic datum in the process of a modem paper mill were analyzed by using mathematic method in this paper. The regression of relationship between the effluent pollution amount and wastepaper assortments as well as its amount is as follows: Y= 1.063 0× 10-1 LOCC + 9.817 3× 10-2 EOCC + 7.547 9 × 10-2 AOCC + 1.169 1× 10-2 OTHERS - 7.258 4 × 10 2, [ note: Y COD( ton/month) , LOCC China waste paper( ton/month), EOCC Europe waste paper (ton/month), AOCC America waste paper (ton/month), OTHERS Japan waste paper and pulp (ton/month) ]. The results of the regression analyze is beneficial for decreasing the pollution and optimizing the production technology of the paper industry.
