摘要
本文以抛物面镜为例定量分析了用补偿透镜法检测其面形误差时调整误差的特点及其对检测结果的影响关系;建立了计算调整误差的数学模型,并给出了计算实例。实践证明,计算和分析结果对指导非球面检测中的调整以及调整装置的设计都有很大实际意义。
The characteristics and effects of alignment error on test results are analysed quantitaitvely, when a null lens is used to test a parabolic mirror. The algorithm of alignment error, and examples of a 1.8m diameter and F # 2.7 parabola are given. Practice shows that the analysis matches experience very well and is instructive both in design of adjusting device and alignment for aspheric mirror testing.
