摘要
本文介绍了一种利用傅立叶频谱测量球面透镜、柱面透镜及环曲面透镜单色光焦距的新方法,这种新方法不需要高精度的平行光管,用激光器作为光源,仪器调式简单,测量结果可靠,测量精度可达0.3%。如果采用光电扫描及微机处理,这种方法还可以实现自动化测量,而且可以测量不可见光工作情况下的透镜焦距。
Using Fourier spectrum, a method for testing monochromatic focal length of spherical lens, cylindrical lens and toric lens is given. There is no need for a high—accuracy collimator. Using laser as a light source, the device is simply adjusted with reliable results. The precision can reach to 0.3%. If the photo—scanning technique and personal computer are used, the focal length can be automatically measured and the focal length of inviolable light can also be measured with the method given.
