摘要
本文介绍利用在两束互不相干光作用下的两套莫尔偏折条纹的重迭与否来测量光楔楔角的方法。该法信号读出方便,精度不低于单光束莫尔偏折术。
In this paper a method for measuring the optical wedge angle, by the lapping of Moire fringe when two noncoherent beams are incident, is introduced. With this method, the readout of information is convenient, the accuracy isn't lower than that single beam Moire deflectometry.
