摘要
目的调查分析霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗依从性的有关因素 ,寻找行之有效的健康教育对策 ,提高阴道炎患者治疗效果。方法对 30 0例确诊为霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为研究组及对照组 ,研究组按预先设计好的阴部自我护理健康教育计划进行指导 ,对照组按常规方法进行指导。结果研究组治疗依从性高于对照组。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者按照阴部自我护理健康教育计划进行指导优于常规方法 。
Objective To investigate the factors influence the compliance of patients with mycotic vaginitis and look for the effective health education plan,improving the treatment effect.Method 300 patients with mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into study and control group.The study group followed the self-care instruction,while the control group followed the traditional instruction.Result The treatment compliance of study group was higher than the control group.Conclusion The method that give health education of self-nursing to the mycotic vaginitis patients is better than traditional method.The former one can promote the patients'compliance.
