摘要
论述了利用模态分析及模态综合手段,在 CAD 工作站上对三轴系统进行动态特性分析与计算。并在分析中将机械结构动力学特性和伺服控制系统频率特性统筹考虑,建立统一的数学模型。利用有限元分析程序分析计算,找出影响三轴系统动态刚度的敏感因子及薄弱环节,提出改善的途径。通过设计—分析—修改的迭代过程,逐步在设计阶段达到满意的设计方案。
In this paper the dynamical character analysis and calculation is described according to modal analyses and modal synthesis on the CAD station.Both dynamical behauior of mechanical structure and frequency character of servo system are taken into consider- ation simultaneously,the unified mathematical model is founded. By calculation using FEA program,the sensitive factor and weak spots to affect dynamical stiffness of 3-Aixe system can be fou- nd out.The way of improving can be carried out.Through design and analysis iteration,the satisfied design scheme can be approac- hed in the cource of design.
