摘要
介绍了测试显微物镜星点像二维光强分布的实验方法。内容包括实验原理,利用微型机进行二微快速离散傅立叶变换、数据拟合的方法,并讨论了如何选择测试的方位数及二维离散傅立叶变换的抽样间隔。
In this paper,a method is given to measure the two dimensional light intensity distribution of star image of microscope objective. It includes the experiment principle,the computation of two dimens- ional FFT with conventional computer,data fitting and software design.It discusses how to select the valur of measuring azimuth as well as the sampling interval of two dimensional FFT.
