摘要
采用磁控溅射法 ,在玻璃基片上制备了一系列不同Ni79Fe2 1含量的 (Ni79Fe2 1) x(Al2 O3 ) 1-xM I型纳米颗粒膜。测量并分析了电阻率与体积分数的关系 ,得出该颗粒膜的体积分数逾渗阈值大约为 0 .5 1。分别用 4种方法验证了M I型纳米颗粒膜的逾渗阈值。
A series of (Ni 79Fe 21) x(Al 2O 3) 1-x M-I nano-granular films were fabricated on the glass substrates with magneto sputtering technique. The relations between the volume fraction of the magneto metal and resistivity were analyzed. The percolation threshold of the film was determined. Four methods were used to verify the percolation threshold. Experimental results show that the determined threshold is exact.
