摘要
针对机器视觉在工业实时测量技术上的应用前景,结合当前技术,提出采用面向任务的设计、系统的可靠性分析、多传感器信息融合和多线程并行处理机制等策略来具体实施,并通过热轧钢板在线实时测宽系统的研制,论证了提出方式的可行性。
Machine vision possesses great applied foreground in real-time measurement technologyfor industry, thus, combined with current technologies, we propose the implementalstrategies including design aiming at task, reliable analysis of system, multi-sensorinformation fusion and multi-thread parallel processing mechanism. A case study bydeveloping a system for real-time width measurement of rot-rolled steel plates provesthe feasibility of the proposed approaches.
