摘要
分析了衍射光栅副的±1级莫尔条纹之间的位相关系与光隙副间隙等因素的关系,从而可利用±1级莫尔条纹提高信号质量。
In this paper,we analysed the relations for the phase relation of ±1 order Moiré fringes and the gap of grating pair etc.Ther- eby,it can use ±1 order Moiré fringes to improve the quality of signal.
