摘要
对内河船用液化石油气 (LPG)罐的制造工艺进行研究 ,解决船用移动式压力容器内径巨大、壁薄、组装难度大等问题 ;对船用LPG罐的气室、积液槽封头调质热处理进行研究 ,制定合理的调质方案 ;同时研究船用LPG罐整体热处理 。
In this paper, the author studied the manufacturing technology of mobile the LPG tank, discussed about the heat refining treatment for the material of air chamber and cover of the liquid bath, and proposed the rational refining plan. The overall heat treatment method was also analyzed for the marine LPG tank, to eliminate the residual stress.
